In response to the latest executive order signed by Gov. Andrew Cuomo, We are modifying our firm operations. The order mandates that 100% of the workforce must stay home beginning at 8p.m. Sunday, March 22, 2020, excluding essential services.

We are also accessible by phone. You may call our office at 585-546-1190 and the call we be rerouted to us. In addition, we will be responding to our email at nevarez@frontiernet.net and our current clients who have access to our firm portal may message us at any time and we will respond through the secure site.
Please be assured that we are continuing to meet the needs of our clients and appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. Although New York State has declared a temporary pause, we assure you that we will be working through this to provide services to our clients.
If you are a prospective client, please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your legal needs and receive a free 30 minute tele-conference. If your need requires, we have a bilingual attorney ready to speak with you.
